Major champions Minjee Lee and Grace Kim have opted against competing in the LPGA's season-opening Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, their agents confirmed to Golfweek.
Fellow Australian Hannah Green also will skip the event later this month at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club in Orlando, Fla. That tournament, which begins on Jan. 29, is the lone event in the United States prior to the Asian swing.
World No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul of Thailand, No. 2 Nelly Korda and defending champion A Lim Kim of South Korea will compete in the tournament. A Lim Kim completed a wire-to-wire victory last year.
Lee, 29, won her third major last June at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship in Frisco, Texas. She also won the 2021 Evian Championship and the 2022 U.S. Women's Open.
Grace Kim, 25, topped Thitikul in a playoff to win her first major title at the 2025 Evian Championship in Evian-les-Bains, France.
